Conductivity Sensor Holder

A purpose-built mounting and insertion assembly for conductivity probes that guarantees stable immersion and controlled sample presentation. It includes baffles and orientation features to reduce bubbles and entrained solids, improving measurement repeatability across low- and high-conductivity ranges.

Automation & Integration: pair with a conductivity transmitter that outputs analog and Modbus signals. Use temperature compensation (either integrated or via a separate thermowell sensor) to correct readings in PLC logic. Set up threshold alarms for conductivity deviations and log values to the historian for trend analysis and process optimization.
