Online Insertion Probe

An industrial insertion probe for in-line, continuous measurement of pH, DO, conductivity or other parameters. Probes are built to allow withdrawal for calibration or replacement with minimal process disruption using built-in valves or retractable assemblies.

Automation & Integration: use retractable probe assemblies with motorized retraction where needed. Connect probe transmitters to the plant network and configure calibration reminders, drift alarms, and diagnostics in the SCADA/HMI. Ensure proper grounding and isolation to avoid stray currents affecting measurements.
